Moonshine Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster and retailer.
During Prohibition, people still continued their pursuit of wine and made wine under the moonlight at night, so it got its name.

As coffee lovers, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee. Making coffees during the day and roasting beans at night is our daily routine. We imagine that we can provide a comfortable environment and fantastic coffee in this beautiful city.

In the past, he worked in a major Australian specialty coffee factory and has rich experience in roasting beans. He also served as a coffee World Cup regional competition coach and SCA coffee certification instructor. Founded Moonshine Coffee Roasters in 2018, and won the WCE World Cup Brewing Competition Hong Kong Championship in 2023.

The world's first Loring 7kg roaster

We use Loring, a fully hot-air roaster made in the United States, for smokeless roasting. The roasting technology with patented after-burning design and circulating hot air, coupled with a digital operating system, makes the roasting process more environmentally friendly and stable.
