為了更貼近專業比賽所呈現的咖啡風味，自2023年我們與台灣公司TOAST LIVING一起研發TRIO Dripper V2。有別於V1，玻璃材質改成Tritan，提高穩定的環境溫度，肋骨的重新設計著重低旁通的萃取方式，流速也較快。最後，我們也改良了V1的底座控水閥門專利，加強了支撐性讓開關更順暢，可以輕鬆地變換浸泡或是濾泡的沖煮手法，而底部出水口也大大增大，有助提升流速不堵塞。

Trio Tritan is made for all purpose manual coffee brewing from beginners to coffee professionals. Started from 2023, we co-operated with Toast Living Taiwan to investigate the possibilities of Trio dripper. Being honored as the "first" flat bottom hybrid dripper in the world, we believe that there is a lot of room to improve from V1, and that's the opportunity for this V2 version to be happened. In this version, we improved quite a lot of things, from low by-pass channel system to enhance even extraction, to Tritan material to ensure a stable temperature, and reformed dripper valve to encourage flow rate and ease to switch from immersion to percolation.
